Why is the freebie added to the shopping cart?

This is a standard procedure, same as when you purchase a design. If the shopping cart contains only freebie items you will not be asked for any payment but you will need to go through the check out procedure to generate the download email link.

How can I pay for designs?

You can use all the major credit cards or use your PayPal account if you have one. All payments are made on a SECURE SERVER - look for the lock at the bottom of your browser.

How do I receive my design?

After completing the check out procedure you will be sent an email. The email will confirm your purchase and contain clickable link(s) which will allow you to download your design(s).

PLEASE NOTE: the validity of the link will expire after 24 hours so you must download your design(s) within this time.

WE RECOMMEND: you download your design(s) to your computer desktop, or to a directory where you know where to find them.

Downloaded the file, now what?

Click on the file to open, display and print.

The designs are provided as Acrobat Files (PDF). Your computer will probably have a PDF reader already install so you should just have to click on the downloaded design to display it on your screen.

I click on the file and I can't display the design

If you find you cannot display the design on your computer screen you will need to download and install the FREE PDF READER click here to download

An Acrobat file can be displayed on any computer which has the free reader installed. If you have a printer attached you can print the document.

PDF = Portable Document Format

If I download the PDF from work can I move it to my home computer?

Yes - move the file to you your home computer as you would move any other file. The file is in PDF format and can be used on different computers / operating systems. If you find you cannot display the design on your computer screen at home you will need to download and install the FREE PDF READER which you can download from here which is compatible with your computer operating system.

All designs are copyrighted, what does this mean?

The files you download are solely for your personal non-commercial use. Not for distribution or use of others in part or total. This also applies to any free sample downloaded we may offer in our websites.

Is there a certain amount of times I can print or view the PDF?

Print the file as many times as you like for your own use - please see copyright restrictions.
